Penny top is reversible to blue; either side looks amazing with the Wynn cargo wide leg pants. Pants are super roomy and lined so they are very comfortable! Top has a zipper closure so it’s easy to get on and take off. Straps are adjustable. Looks super cute with an open jacket as shown in the pic!
