Only issue I had was that the shirt was NOT washed in between rentals. The owners profile even says “everything comes already washed and ready to wear”. When I reached out to tell her about staining in the armpits (which is normal and fine with white garments) she was kind with her response but said she “got it back from a renter that morning and didnt check it before sending it to me.” It’s a little gross that it wasn’t washed between renters. I responded and asked for a little money back because it wasn’t washed (which is something she claims to do according to her bio) and Alexa never responded to my message. Definitely disappointing because the shirt is beautiful and I would consider renting again if she would’ve at least responded to my text. Positives: The shirt was SO CUTE!! Great quality and the beading was beautiful.
