Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering anything. I ordered a dress that was supposed to be shipped on April 19 and delivered by April 23. Not only did she not ship it on time, but she didn’t even bother to ship it until April 23 — and only after I had to repeatedly message her. It took her TEN HOURS to respond, and if I hadn’t kept following up, she clearly had no intention of shipping it at all. She never gave me a heads-up, an apology, or any kind of explanation. This dress was for a very important school dance, and I had to leave for pictures by 4 PM — meanwhile, the dress didn’t arrive until 4:30 PM when I was already gone. Complete waste of money, time, and trust. This seller is totally unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly does not care about her customers. DO NOT ORDER from her unless you want to be stressed, ignored, and disappointed.
