Dark green velvet Reformation Frankie dress. Perfect for a wedding or gala - soft and smooth, fits like a glove. I’m 5’ 4” and wore 3.5” heels and the dress was easily walkable (nice slit up the back pictured here in a different color). I went braless but you could easily wear a strapless with this.
