She complained that I was late, but I paid an extra $24 for a courier who drove off from my home before I could bring it outside, I contacted customer service to advise. The cameras on my house also showed that the person never came to my porch. She still proceeded to leave a bad review that it was late, although I had Customer Service contact her specifically to let her know the nature of what had happened and returned it the next day. I wouldn’t rent from her.
