A strapless maxi dress made from layered organza frills with a fitted bodice and voluminous skirt. No alterations were made to this dress. I am 5’2 and wore this with medium height heels (~3 in) and it just barely grazes the floor. On a taller girl, it would probably show more shoe and ankle. TTS.
