This dress was too long on me - I think you would need to be at least 5’6” and wear heels for this to not drag. Also, the quality is not good- the binding by the neck was too thin and kept rolling backwards even after ironing it down, making the neckline messy. The center flower piece is not fluffy, its flat and droops down. I really loved the shape of this dress but for the price I would not recommend.
