Unfortunately, my experience renting from this individual was very unpleasant. The coat arrived smelling strongly of smoke. Communication was inconsistent and confusing — I was initially told to return the coat in January due to the renter being on vacation, only to later be pressured to return it immediately. When I referenced prior messages, the responsibility was turned back on me, and the tone became rude and unprofessional. I was even called incompetent, which was unnecessary and disrespectful. Overall, the process felt chaotic, and communication was difficult. I would not recommend renting from this person.
