Georgia Hardinge floor-length dress. UK size 8 / US size 4, though fits me well (I’m usually size 0 or 2). I’m 5’4” and was wearing 2” heels in the second picture. Note there are small marks at the very bottom (the part that’s normally folded on the floor unless you’re really tall!) - see last pic.
