The perfect springtime/summer dress! Can be dressed up or down. Featuring layers of floral chiffon fabric with smocked ruffled balloon sleeves and voile rose bud detail at neck. Worn once for a wedding. NOTE: I sewed the bust area so it was less of a plunging neckline (see last pic)
