I initially received this outfit five days before my requested date, which was fine. However, as soon as I took it out of the bag, the button fell off due to weak threading. When I tried it on, it was also too big. I immediately reached out to the owner regarding the size issue and the broken button, requesting a refund. Unfortunately, I received no response until after the refund window had closed—at which point she declined my request. Even after that, she still didn’t respond. I reported the issue, but the platform told me I couldn’t receive a refund because the owner had rejected it. While I was still waiting for a response and trying to dispute it, she went so far as to report me for damaging the outfit—completely ridiculous. I even offered to sew the button back on myself, but she never responded. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. Do not rent from this person—she is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
