I wore this in Greece last year, you can wear it as a swim cover up, to a party, a dinner, a club, a festival etc. perfect euro summer colorful party vibe! Comfortable and stretchy could fit small/XS I usually wear XS. Ties on one side of the skirt for adjustment.
